THE TARDIS LANDS IN… ALIEN

By Curufea

It's Base Under Siege a la Horror of Fang Rock, so my immediate thought is Tom Baker and Louise Jameson. Actually, if it's from the beginning, it's more like Seeds of Doom - but it's still Tom Baker.

Changes to the plot-

The Doctor turns up and urges all crew to investigate the distress call, he gets on well with Ash, the science officer who also wants the same.
Dallas locks up the Doctor and Leela as illegal suspected stowaways until after Kane leaves the alien ship. He and Leela escape, but miss out on interpreting the warning hieroglyphs the investigating team see.

TAKING THE TUNNEL

Adapted by renegadetimelord from the Forgotten Futures RPG scenario (available for free from DriveThruRPG.com: http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=59416 )

The TARDIS arrives in late 19th century France aboard a locomotive, surrounded on all platforms by crowds of cheering well-wishers. The travellers appear to have landed in some sort of communal sleeping berth.

SPACESHIP OF THE LOST

“Are you ready, Donna?”

“One minute!” shouted Donna.

“No one else whose travelled with me has spent this much time getting changed!”

“No one else whose travelled with you has been like me,” said Donna.

“You got that right,” said the Doctor, under his breath, suddenly straightening up when Donna came out of the wardrobe, in case she heard him.

“How do I look?”

“Lovely, now can we go!?”

“Alright, then! Where are we?”

“I have no idea,” said the Doctor.

“You don’t know?”

THE S.O.S. FILES: THE LOST ROOM

From Eternally Lost Zeppo’s blog (link posted by Siskoid)

I’ve had this plotted out for a week or so now, but I held off posting it until now. The first game of my ‘S.O.S. Files’ Doctor Who campaign.

The Weirdness: The SOS gang meet for the first time in the Summerton Public Library’s clubroom. Something feels off about the building though, especially when they climb the stairs between the ground floor and the first floor…

THE SHOPPING MALL AT THE SOUTH POLE

By mhopcroft

Spenditwell is a massive shopping-recreation complex that was built in Antarctica in the late 21st Century. Outside the complex is the frozen wastes of the Antarctic. The Doctor was involved in the design of its state-of-the-art security system, and has returned five years later to pick up a few needed supplies.

SHANGHAI’D!

By Eternally Lost Zeppo

The Weirdness: While the crew are visiting Naren III for the month-long festival of Ranockosh, the Explorer witnesses one of his friends being trapped within a pyramid of energy and spirited away.

The Problem: Someone is using a time-scoop to abduct people from across time and space. The Explorer and his remaining companions must trace the energy signature of the time-scoop to the ship which it originated from, which happens to be under siege by its own insane computer – which has named itself W.A.R.D.E.N. – and droids.

SET A THIEF

By Craig Oxbrow

1892. Agents of the Torchwood Institute investigate reports of lights in the sky over Hong Kong, break in to a house and are shocked by what they see.

A hundred and eighteen years later...

One of the Institute's now-abandoned duties was to oversee alien artefacts of particular value. The largest facilities were seized by UNIT, but some slipped through the cracks or were taken over, or already held, by other groups. One in particular, the first to be started, was judged to be well guarded by its current keepers and unlikely to pose an ongoing threat.

“Welcome to Solplika-3!” said the Doctor. “Or as most people call it – Earth II.”

“Earth II? Another Earth? Are… you… bonkers!?” exclaimed Donna.
